EXHIBITION SPACE:

Exhibitor, with the shell package, will be provided the Stall Panels, Fascia and Carpet Flooring with the following accessories and furniture. Beside this two Full conclave complimentary registration will also be given.

- One Dustbin
- One Fascia board with company name logo and stall number
B) OPEN SPACE: (20 sq.mtr) @ Rs.7, 500/- sq.mtr:
A uniform size fascia with company name, logo and stall number will be provided to the Exhibitors. Please mention the company name in the form, which is to be printed on the fascia to ensure that the correct name of your firm appears on the fascia. Please send the soft copy of the company logo through the mail given below.
ADDITIONAL FACILITIES:
Additional facilities like Printer, Plasma TV, VHS and DVD players and any furniture or equipment may be available upon request at extra cost.
PARTICIPATION CHARGES (As indicated in Registration Form)
The duly filled registration form is to be signed and returned to Construction Industry Development Council (Event Cell), New Delhi. The registration form must be accompanied with payment as indicated therein.

INSURANCE
Organisers shall not be responsible for any loss whatsoever incurred by Exhibitors and they should obtain comprehensive insurance coverage for their exhibits against all risk for the period covering transportation, preparation, installation, Fair duration dismantling, return and transit. General Security Insurance will be provided by the organizers.
Note: All the exhibition space will be allocated on a first-come first served basis, so please fax back your booking form ASAP.
